The Institute’s leadership team is dedicated to ensuring that the Institute is a leader in the formation of men for the diaconate in the Catholic Church. Deacons Matt, Roger, and Jeff have each served as formation director in their home dioceses and bring this experience to assist other directors throughout the United States.
In addition to the leadership team, many members of our faculty are deacons themselves who integrate their real-world ministry experiences into their teaching.
