The Institute’s leadership team is dedicated to ensuring that the Institute is a leader in the formation of men for the diaconate in the Catholic Church. Deacons Matt, Roger, and Jeff have each served as formation directors in their home dioceses and bring this experience to assist other directors throughout the United States.
In addition to the leadership team, many of our faculty members are deacons themselves and integrate their real-world ministry experience into their teaching.
